User name is SodaCanKitty. She has been stuck at Cadet for over 2 weeks. I posted in the correct place, and talked to an admin…. but no one is doing anything, so re-posting here. She should be at least Sailor rank or higher now.

Please deal with it and reply to this post to know that it has been checked.
