To summarize: GodsDead found a way better plugin than ChestShop that would allow awesome new things on the server: SignShop 2 (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/signshop/)

It have all the advantages of ChestShop (no restriction about the items you sell) and is even better: you don’t have to place the chest near the sign: you can have a secured storage room in your shop with all your chests and items stored and, as currently, a public shop with only signs.

The way it works isn’t complicated, maybe I’ll make a small web page with a tutorial (as I can only find video tutorials and I hate having to spend time on youtube when a simple webpage would be easier to understand).

The advanced features of SignShop 2 are quite awesome:
– Ability for players to sell multiple items on a sign (eg A Brewery starter kit with a cauldron, a clock, a brewing stand, …)
– Ability to have “Pay money/item for redstone” signs (for redstone contraptions or simply to have an entrance fee somewhere)
– Edition of shop signs with black dye
– Profit sharing (eg allow 2 players to have a shop and do 50/50)
– …

I’d be more than happy to help @GodsDead :D… It would be the first useful thing I’ve done in a while 😛 (yes, I am a shop owner, I recently-ish bought a shop at /warp trade).

I may struggle to make 6pm (dinner time with the family), but should be on before 7… “Should” is a great word
