Ships recognizing wood blocks?

I remember seeing somewhere that dhows would recognize wooden slabs/stairs/other stuff as wood and those things would contribute to the wood percentage requirement is this true? If this is true, are all of the other craft files also recognizing slabs and stairs as wood because that would be great :D. I’m kinda building an indiaman that uses a ton of wooden stair blocks but not a lot of planks so it would be great if stairs and slabs are also counted towards wood percentage on indiamans…

@elsa sterling with the exception of the sub the rest of the ships follow the same principle so yes they do recognize stairs and other things made bye wood as wood 😀
