I’ve been trying to find an image of the map since the 7k expansion, however, despite looking through pretty much everything, I’ve drawn a blank. The closest I found was the image in the thread detailing the expansion, but unfortunately, it’s been made to look authentic, which I can’t use 😛

Normally I’d just do it myself, but it seems that trying to save livemap as an image doesn’t work. So I was just wondering if either a) someone can find a picture of livemap for the new 14k world or b) if staff can do some wizardry, and update the wiki with one

I have a custom render of the world, the issue is the jpg is 400mb in size, its absolutely massive, this isnt something I can just upload to imgur, I can slim it down to a small 1080 if you want? What size are you after?

Nothing just high quality, just good enough that I can tell the oceans from the land!

It’s mainly for logistical stuff, and perhaps updating the wiki 😉 thanks

I have bad news, I downloaded and extracted out 7gb world and put it into the application I used to generate an image of the world; I can load the world but it crashes every time I try to export a PNG of the world, it must be due to 1.10, as it hasn’t been updated since 1.9 and I can export 1.9 worlds as PNG images. Such a shame, I will message the developer and ask him to fix the issue, see if he does; I did do some research for an alternative but couldn’t find anything.
