Notes:

• The 1st video is a bad example because it does not show why shay is attacking me, however it does show how brutal he is to people like me who have no chance of beating him in pvp. (this was at ae0’s island, which should be a good enough reason not to attack an innocent shopper)
• The second video shows that shay killed me after I simply asked about the dogs at his shop. To me that is no reason to go around breaking your crew’s laws. (this was also on ae0’s island, another reason not to attack and kill)
• Our crews are in no way at war, in fact the BE has tried to initiate an alliance with TAS on several occasions per /crew bb (offering yet another reason not to attack and kill me)

@Astrobolt, he did that to me too, I just had no evidence.

just making this clear, if u are reporting a person that U PROVOKED who then attacked u, its ur own fault.

I would like to report a member of BE, K9_Caper for griefing an allies land (mine) and killing my villagers. I do not know exactly when this occured but i do know it was in the past few days. I know it was him as he was the only person with trust apart from my co-leader Millammber (who has been offline for two weeks anyway). I gave him trust while he was in my crew. I am not so upset about the griefing but i am upset about the loss of my villagers.

@bislo1 thanks for the reply, one or my fears is that shay will not be punished because the PM OR VPM will want him in the crew regardless of laws. As for when I entered his shop, he opened the door so I assumed it meant the shop was opening, but no, it meant he was taunting me. In the video where he did not kill me, I didn’t start recording in time to get the reason, but if I did, it would show that he is being an aggressor in a trade town, therefore could even be placed on BE’s KOS per section 5 of the BE laws.

First, I do not have proof of this but feel it is necessary to have a log of it in this thread. If no punishment can be given because there is no proof, I completely understand and agree.

Just a few days ago, BE leader turkeyman11a decided to come over to my base and try to kill me while I was building. (I wasn’t even saying a bunch of bs in chat like I normally do) Ultimately, I was able to escape, however this still violates BE law §3.

§3 Must not engage in PvP with peaceful players. An engagement counts as entering combat mode or damaging a fellow player through any means.

This was completely unprovoked, as I had not said anything negative towards BE or turkeyman11a.

Again, as I am making this report just for a log, I know that without proof there will almost certainly be no punishment. However, it would be very much appreciated if turkeyman11a could at least be talked to about this so there is no similar incident in the future. As a BE leader, he should know BE’s laws already.
