Removed name from Gunners Gunpowder

I removed the custom name “Gunner Gunpowder” from /kit gunner, so that the gunpowder can be used in cannons.
Sorry this was a very simple fix I could have done months ago! I have created an exchange under the Gunner shop in the Cove to exchange Gunner Gunpowder for normal gunpowder for free.
