@Wadsworth if you just want a cheap conventional plan just get a bunch of nubs equip them in a full set of iron armour, a bow, some arrows, and a couple of enderpearls and then give them a bunch  of potions of swiftness, invisibility, and harming. Then have them swarm  unsuspecting people in god armour and throw potions of harming at then and in just 4 potions they’re dead and you got some goodies.
