Good starts for writing are so hard to find.
However here i want to answer and ask some questions about races on our server.

First of all: it should be obvious that races on Piratecraft are ment to be fun and mostly resemble fantasyraces like orcs and elves(but normal races like humans as well).
As Kingthrandull had issues with Reptarias Elvish kingdom in the past few days he stated that he was unusre if he would get the allowance to form another elvish group outside of the kingdom.
Obviously Reptaria didn’t act against this and i think she kinda gave him the allowance to do so.
However this situation points out the question: Should races be tied to factions or crews?
I don’t think si since it wouldn’t really make sense in any way to me.

Furthermore some people might have seen that i have started a new project and changed my skin so it fit the project.
Some people even went as far to call me a demon but i object that out of many reasons.
To make it short i would like to say: I will play a race of humanoid beeing that lived in the nether and i think i will call it netherbrood.
Mostly i don’t want to offend any religous belief with this because….i don’t know i don’t like to make people upset.
Also i played far to many fantasy-rp’s to consider my puny humanoid form demonic.

A last big theme i would like to talk about is the question if we should include races stronger into Piratecraft.
Of course we can’t put plugins or mods on the server that will change our char-modells(i looked that up it’s impossible for now), BUT we can do something ingame like name items build in a style that’s associated with that race and what not more.
Also we should propably put up a Racepage in the Wiki….if we would like to.
However some people might feel uncomfortable about our server turning more and more fantasylike so i would like to ask about it first…if everyone likes the ideas and suggestions.
