Yes@Mandarin_Panda I think in terms of the new players that come aboard a mandatory game play tutorial would work fairly well. I’ve seen that on other servers I’ve played and it did help a good bit. But I guess the hard part would be someone having to build it. It seems like It might be labor intensive but its a good idea.

I saw someone else mentioned adding a link to the rules/FAQ in the login greeting. This could work also.

Ultimately as far as the questions in game go, having a few designated helpers and the rest of us that are on the server at any given time being helpful when we can would relive a lot of stress from staff.

And of course some patience 🙂 I’m a short timer on here and even though I do a good bit of research and reading on the game play of any server i play I do get stumped every now and then. I have to say in my case people have been helpful.

With the disrespectful attitudes I believe in the 2 strike rule. You get one warning and if it happens again Big Papas bringin the hammer. Your done. That’s how I ran my construction company and how I deal with my kids. Only with my kids we have to sit down and explain everything and get to the root of the problem, work through the emotions ect… and the hammer is no screen time or something like that. hahaha

On the job site you got fired on the spot and forcibly removed from the premises. I suggest the job site style for little jackhammer son of a biscuts that are back talkin ya on here.

I have been playing Piratecraft for a very long time, and i know what people do. One admins are offline, they start acting up ( Like swearing, glitching, etc). I hate this, and i think this has to stop. @GodsDead i think that the (lets just call it helper rank for now until released) is a great idea. Players won’t even see what will hit them. I will help PirateCraft in anyway possible, from screenshots to recordings about something serious.

Returned to the server briefly and read this PSA, I’m glad staff is finally cracking down on these players and their behaviours. 🙂

I’m in full support of the Helper system but the players would need to be choosed delicately to make sure they don’t try trolling around with the tempmute command…
