Username when banned: ProImart

I would like to submit a ban appeal, this is because my alternate account ProImart has been banned. I have consulted the rules and NOWHERE does it say that you are unable to have more than one account. I have not broken any rules on my alt and have only played 30mins on the account before getting banned. Please at least put it in the rules for next time because I was unaware that I was not allowed multiple accounts. As iv already said it doesn’t state this in the rules. I am also not the first person to have a alternate account.
