Claim owner: <Jamirhh> (Exact username, right click with a stick on the claim to obtain it, this will also show you the players offline time)
Time the Claim owner has been offline: <he is online at the moment> (use /seen <username>)
Claim Size: <70×116> (Right click with stick)
Reason: <I built a base, and he claimed it before I had the claim points, he has all my stuff and has destroyed my ship. this person is in the same crew as me and he has refused to give me back the claim.>

yeah. i feel sorry for you. maybe ask the crew leader to kick him or you negociate and if all else fails attack him and try to get revenge perhaps do what he did to you to him.
