Overview Description of Report
Land was claimed close to the the town of Truefire64 and myself by the reported party during a raid. The claimed land was done purposely to frustrate Truefire64 and I and butted up against and even inside our growing town.
Detailed Information
Land was claimed close to the the town of Truefire64 and myself by the reported party during a raid. The claimed land was done purposely to frustrate Truefire64 and I and butted up against and even inside our growing town. Frustrated, my friend Truefire64 left the server and abandoned his claims and before I could reclaim the abandoned parts the reported party claimed them for themselves. All that remains is the fountain in the middle which was claimed by myself. General destruction was wreaked on the town by the reported party in anyway they could (this was not a “raid for resources”). The destruction was repaired shortly after by the reported party after they claimed it.
During the encounter many words were said back and forth mostly consisting of Truefire64 and I cursing the reported party for their actions against us. The reported party joked that they wanted to buy the building from us and build their own town (before Truefire64 left) which was of course refused as it was Truefire64 and I that spent the hours building that town. After Truefire64 left, I only had the fountain which they asked me to remove. I refused that request to spite them for the wrongs the committed.
If there were any rules broken in this exchange I would appreciate the town being returned to Truefire64 or myself
If not I would ask that at least the fountain remain as a symbol of the original builders of the town. It can be easily built around (unlike the reported parties initial inciting claims) if the reported party actually intends to keep the town.
PS: The reported party may cite that I gave them permission to build around the fountain. My statement was not permission but rather a resignation that I may not be able to stop them.
