Adding on what @Riverwood202 said there is a way of calculating outliers. Outliers are points larger then Q3 + 1.5 IQR and smaller then Q1-1.5 IQR where Q1 is the 25th percentile and Q3 is the 75th percentile IQR is Q3-Q1 so in his example Q1 = 6.5 and Q3 = 9.5 IQR = 3 so in that case anything greater then 14 is an outlier and so is anything smaller then 2.
