Theres been a few new additions to Claiming that will greatly help you out.

• Added /claim command to create a land claim centred at the player’s current location. Holding the Golden Claim shovel, use /claim to quickly create a 11×11 claim around you.
• Added /ExtendClaim command to change the size of a land claim or subdivision, this is my favourite addition, this allows you to extend the claim by a certain amount of blocks in the direction you are facing. This means if you have an underground base to claim you can extend the claim without having to dig to claim the corner, or if you want to claim a mountain without climbing over it. It even works with diagonals! You can use a minus to contract the claim too! Example stand in your claim and do /ExtendClaim 5 or /ExtendClaim -2.
• Hopefully, auto bans from spamming should show up in the Punishment checker so its easier to diagnose whos been auto banned for spamming.
• Equipping a golden shovel while you’re standing inside a claim you own will automatically show you the boundaries of your claim, so you can skip the stick right-click to find your corners.
• Claiming on water should be improved and not so scatty as it was before.
• Ensured players who place minecarts on another player’s track can get their carts back by only allowing cart placement when the placer has permission to remove minecarts in that same location.
