I think it would be cool if you could open iron doors during sieges by lock picking. I don’t know if such plugins exist but it would make it (slightly) harder to hide in a siege. Lock picking shouldn’t be instant and stoppable by attacking the lock picker. How do you like this idea?

June 13, 2017 at 11:18 pm #51256I found this if it’ll even work: https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/lockpick
June 14, 2017 at 8:44 am #51277I think it would be harder but also you could use sticky pistons and stone bricks to lock the door from behind or on front even more interesting a smart door that uses a observer to activate a trap during siege like a security system becuase some plugins do have weaknesses. EX: ships in pirate craft could easily burn due to home much wood there made of :3

The thief, prepared for this, takes out 1 gold ingot, and attempts to pick the lock, nearly dead from failing, taking damage after each fail, he finally opens the chest only to find out, that the owner of chest heard him lurking around, they duel, but with the thieve’s health low, he doesn’t stand a chance. LockPick, a wonderful plugin made by LegoPal92 and calebbfmv, adds a more, realistic touch to the RPG aspect of minecraft, allowing users with the right permission to open a locked chest, with some skill!</span>

-ThePenguinGamerJune 21, 2017 at 7:41 pm #51538Personally for me and for other mid class people everyone would then just start using sticky pistons to counter the plugin then the plugin would be kinda useless unless your raiding poor people that have dirt blocking the iron door this would only effect people with no sticky pistons but you could just use a normal piston to push a block in front of it so saying that the plugin would be totally useless
Yes I Might be a noob but I will never give up on killing everyone.
