Yo, It’s Leon. I was banned awhile back for “Advertising”. All I really did was tell a friend of mine to play on a different server on piratemc teamspeak, which I thought was okay to do. Java was staff on both servers (the one I advertised and here), and I was banned on both servers. Now, I think I should be unbanned because it was a rather innocent move, and I was unbanned on the other server. I’ve had 3 months to think about my decisions, so I’m proud to say that this won’t happen again.

Write a proper unban appeal, let me list what you’ve done wrong here:

1. You have blamed partly on a staff member, what staff does goes.

2. “Yo it’s Leon” makes people hate you already, its also incredibly informal and seems as though you do not give a damn about being unbanned.

3. No one gets banned for “Advertising”- they get banned for advertising, what you did; “All I really did was tell a friend of mine to play on a different server on piratemc teamspeak”- was advertising, and was why you were banned, and wtf, this server is great, no need to advertise :P.

4. “which I thought was okay to do” shows your incompetent and cannot read rules and have no common sense, go read the rules and make your own conclusion on this point.

5.  “it was a rather innocent move”, if it was innocent you wouldn’t have been [fill in the gap].

6. “and I was unbanned on the other server”, does that impact anything on our server in anyway? No it does not.

7. “I’ve had 3 months to think about my decisions”, and 3 months to read the unban appeal requirements.

Anyway, I’m proud to say that you will most likely not be unbanned until you can write a proper unban appeal in the correct demeanour, and please wait a little while until you do again. Thanks.

Right, so here comes to why Leon326, who’s username now is BOyMeetsEv1l, should not be unbanned *literally stretches arms*.

First off, your ban appeal is out of wack- still, every other ban appeal is in a set, ban appeal layout, which offers all available info on said player. Surprisingly, now I know why (or can at the least guess why) you did not follow this procedure, and offer the link of your punishment tracker.

He has had 2 warnings: Both of which have been for racist comments.

He has had 4 past bans, 2 of which do seem to be that of being ‘jokey bans’, though, I do not know the history behind those bans however.

Palmer…. For someone who plays once a week you seem to be very concerned about a Sailor being unbanned for getting an advertising ban… on TS, by Java. I’m not disagreeing that staff’s word is final, but the guy is allowed to humor an unban appeal… what’s wrong with him doing that. You have no final say in the matter, you’re just trying to be mean to some kid who just wants a chance to rejoin the greatest server out there.
