Appeal procedure
Any appeal demand must be filled by the criminal himself and be motivated.
You can offer a fine amount you accept to pay to compensate the victim towns/shops.
If your demand is acceptable, a vote will occur to decide if you deserve to be removed from the common Kill on Sight list or not.
You must wait 2 months before posting a new appeal if your previous one was refused.
