Reason: Stopped building my base 7 months ago, this guy must have claimed just as i left for a while. Would like to expand base and is blocking.

Snap, there used to be a treat for it. Now there is a dedictated forum for it, he posted it in the right one.

The claim cant be removed the owner of it came back today.
