When I logged in today, I appeared in a jail cell, and when I went to ask why I was in a jail cell, it said I was permanently muted by SuperGL for language. I went and checked the rules, and the punishment for offensive language is a temporary mute. Not only is my mute longer than it should be, I was put into jail. You could just ignore this plea, and state that anything SuperGL says goes, but SuperGL never said anything to me. I just received an incorrect punishment with no warning whatsoever. I asked what I should do about it on the map, and was told by Ma_c_hi not to use the map to override a mute. I then came to the General Forum, not really knowing where to post this, to explain my predicament. I really wanted to become a part of the community here, but not only is that difficult to do while muted and confined to a cell, I’m not sure I, or anyone else wants to be a part of a community with people whom abuse their moderative powers. Believe it or not, absolute power does indeed corrupt absolutely. With this in mind, I would like to request that my mute be made temporary, and that I be removed from my cell.
