Many deckhands join the server once or twice to just leave and never return. They usually place down their treasure chest, make a claim and most start making a house. This has left many random ugly houses/builds all over the server and contributed to cluttering the oceans of pmc not helping the situation for our ships.

Therefore I suggest that a deckhand claim under 200 blocks with members of that plot being inactive for at least a year be automatically regened and removed. This would make pmc look nicer for new and old players.
