Yes, you built some of the docks, but so did GoldenMoneyz, and he removed his claims here because he trusted you. As mojake said in his original post, I built almost all of the ships, minus the Indiamans (Indiamen? idk). The Dock belongs to Rome, its military, and Cosmic, and it is considered an extention of Arie on the Isle, which is Cosmic’s claim. (Ask anyone in rome, we called it “beta arie” or “new arie”). Therefore, the docks are also our property, as it is part of Arie. Not to mention, the ships are claimed by ME. “Your” docks would be too close to the main arie island and considering that you have been attacking us invisible, that would also make your claim illegal, since you use it to attack us and is it too close to one of our main military bases.

This is besides the point but you have also harrassed multiple new members of ROME, including Minepixe, and President_B and generally did not act like a reasonable and good person while in our crew. Yesterday, we were good friends, and you all of a sudden had to betray us. Also take a look at your forum signature, you are attacking nitro for no reason at all.

So basically to sum up, you AND Goldenmoneyz built the docks, not just you. We didn’t kick you out, more like you betrayed us and refused to pay the requested $500 for your crimes, which is a minimal amount tbh. The Docks are not your area, and if you make a base there it would be to close to our already established base and can be used to raid us, which is illegal (considering you have a home there of course).

If you have anything else to say, please let me know, but please don’t go around trying to get the admins to support you when it really is not their business. Thank you for your service to ROME, Mojake, I hope we can come up with a compromise soon.

These claims are way to close to the roman settlements of Arie And Pathere, after you were kicked from the crew for attacking members and antagonizing deckhands in voice chat which many people witnessed first hand {minepixie wanted to quit because of your actions} You proceeded to /back and use set homes to raid the roman civilians and you attempted to be toxic and you proceeded to attack and harass Roman deckhands for 3 hours up to this point {around 9:30 Eastern Standard Time} Not to mention the countless hours that are expected after this post. after your flurry of attacks on the deckhands minding their business you verbally harassed deckhands in voice chat until you were banned due to your actions. Now lets take a look at “your docks” that are basically less than 50 blocks away from Arie and at most 200 from Pathere which can clearly be viewed from the map I was provided. You also decided to grief unclaimed land which is not illegal but it shows your malicious intent to provoke Romans and adds to your general toxicity. It was also brought to my attention you have gone after Romans IN REAL LIFE via social media to attack a member and try to hurt their public image and the actions you took may have serious affect on the members life and has lasting effects on their self esteem the name of who wont be disclosed but proof of the interaction is available [harrasment.png]. Ok lets get back to the point that you were harassing us there is definite proof that you will continue and illegally utilize set homes to attack and harass deckhands into quitting, this proof can be seen in [harrasment2.png] where he attempts to threaten us and extort us into accepting his terms. he also has spammed members of ROME with highly vulgar and offensive language that would make the average persons stomach churn from disgust! proof is provided in [disrespect.png2] where he spams the N-Slur multiple times which is vile and disgusting. He also referred to multiple people and clearly showing his misogyny and his toxicity which is unacceptable as its 2020 and not the 1800s and in NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM should you refer to anyone with such hateful speech or such repulsive language and clearly discriminatory actions can be seen and [disrespect.png] and [disrespect2.png]. This is enough you then decide to suppose that I use drugs in a severely negative way to attempt to degrade and chip at my moral stature. the thing is there is no way that you have rightful-claims to that land that you repeatedly use to berate and batter the citizens of ROME over something as simple as a Block Game as your proceed to hire goons to attack us too. Your recent actions as vile and despicable and you should be the one facing punishment not the deckhands of ROME who would have to deal with constant attacks and annoyance if you are given the opportunity to claim the Docks that you claim are yours.

MoJake, there are a few issues with your complaint:

1. The docks were indeed built by you, but I also built quite a lot of them, and claimed that bit the same time you made your first claims. The agreement was for it to be an extension of our Arie port, under by supervision. Since you have basically screwed up your relationship with the us (when you doxed certain members IRL, killed crew members, etc), your claims are now intruding on ours. Basically, we have a multiple thousand claim block claim is less than 50 blocks away from yours, which (since you defected), isn’t allowed. Not to mention, Pathere is also no less than a few hundred blocks away. So basically, MoJake, you have *part* of an area claimed, and also we have major claims nearby.

2. You admitted in your argument that we built most of the ships there. That is indeed correct, and we also have a lot of claims there. If I were to estimate, I would say we have around 35-45% of this dock area in our claim.

There are many other things I could say about your behavior and actions, but my goal here isn’t to get you in trouble. This whole ordeal is very saddening to see happen, as you were once a very valued and important member of ROME. I hope we can work past these current issues, in order to have a better relationship in the future. You should know that we are also quite forgiving people, and while we do believe you have gone too far this time, there is still hope that we can get past these conflicts. I would like to thank you for your service to ROME and all you have done for us.

Ok buddy stop playing the victim card this was back when you and I were friends and we did send messages like this but the thing is this is not offensive to you unless you were inherently homophobic you would take offense to this but there is no proof to concede with that so therefore its invalid not to mention you are clearly lying about being offended as you said this [sure.jpg] its not inspect element as its clearly on my phone also, this is only as a defense to your attack as you are clearly avoiding the fact you ./backed and used homes for raiding and continued to batter deckies with vulgar language and then you dodge the claims by providing lackluster evidence and trying to dodge the main point YOU ARE PLAYING THE VICTIM CARD. Lets stop the debate here and leave it up for staff decision and let them side with who they feel is right.
