Hey, I’m an avid player of PirateCraft of 2 years, playing since March, 2014. From the first week, I knew I had found something special. Something awesome. Anyways, I went on to play for eight more months, on and off, until on December 26, after installing an Archimedes Ships mod for my offline play, my Minecraft account was corrupted and lost. I was already going through a bunch of sorrow then, with my grandma who was like a mother to me passing away from cancer, and my family being torn apart. So, I didn’t even bother with Minecraft. Well, after a year, I decided to finally make a new account with a gift code I had gotten for Christmas. I was thrilled that I could play on my favorite server again. I literally ranked up to Cadet on the same day I rejoined.

Well, as I was mining out a base for @Chailey and talking to other players, when the subject of how long everyone had been playing came up. I proceeded to say that I’ve been playing for years, but I had to make a new account because my old one was corrupted. Some donators (I think @iTexter was one) were surprised that I was using an ‘alt’ account. I told them my old account, @jackofalltradez, was deleted, because it had been corrupted. Then my computer froze. When I had rebooted my computer and opened up Minecraft Multiplayer and reconnected to PirateCraft, I was greeted with this omnious message: “You have been banned for for using alt alt account”.

I’ve NEVER been banned before. I have been a good player, and a great member of the PirateCraft community. I help out new players (which sometimes gets me killed) and old players, make friends with everyone I can, and mostly stick to my own business. Ask everyone that knows me.

So I was honestly surprised that I was banned for suspicion of using an alternate account. I was never asked to explain. I don’t even know if I’m perma-banned or temp-banned. Can someone please let me know what’s going on, and what I can do to sort this out? I would be extremely grateful for any help I can get.
