I can’t get the cruise sign to work, and I can’t find anything I’ve done wrong. I can successfully pilot the ship, I can use the golden hoe to maneuver it, I can use the helm to turn it, and the cruise sign toggles but when cruise is on the ship doesn’t move.

I have tried re-positioning the cruise sign several times, I’ve turned it on and off, I’ve broken it and re-placed it, but nothing seems to work. I’ve asked for help in-game several times and have not gotten any useful advice. Nobody seems to be able to tell me what I’ve done wrong.
