Help im stuck in a nether portal trap or something!!

ok i was building something in nether and went thru random portal just trying to get back to over world it wasnt even claimed now im stuck warping back and ofrth thru two nether portals that are blocked completely with blocks and i cant even /home ot bring chat up in stuck and have no food left i need staff to come online with me and please just tpa me away from there before i die and lose all my stuff please. i tried to use teamspeak but no one answers me so guessing no on online but i cant do anything and im totally stuck have been for 45 mins

Staff literally have to catch you online, its so annoying when this happens, you can’t even /trapped. Rear admirals (orange ranks) are the only one’s who can help.
