HardTimez has quickly become the next 3kaj of the server. He makes threats and cute remarks as he harasses /warp market with a floating box with cannons pointed at the warp. Killing him wasn’t much of an immediate issue, but HardTimez is a harasser through and through. He will prove to be just as much of a pain in the butt as 3kaj was, as you can see in these screenshots and videos. He has made plans, as shown in the screenshots, to continue this harassment into tomorrow (and who knows how long after that). His only reasons for this, as far as I know, are that he was killed back by those that he killed in his short time of being a shop owner. Staff, please make what you will of this situation. Thanks.

@saraphim7 are you telling me he made a claim outside of a public warp, made a cannon and aimed it at the spawn point?! Also upload your videos to Youtube and paste the link in here.

Saraphim he did the same thing at Singapore he claimed land there and really just made boxes with no windows or doors he does these things to annoy people. I know that this isn’t exactly against the rules I am just warning everyone to just try and stay away from him as he really does go out of his way to annoy others.

@godsdead Yessir that is exactly right. However he not only pointed it, he fired multiple times but luckily, to my knowledge, nobody got killed. Today may be a different story though, if he continues with this nonsense. I’ll work on uploading those vidoes right away.

I have no education? Please edit your dozens of grammatical mistakes in your comment, then talk to me about education. My friends and I attack those who mess with us first. Trust me, I have bigger and better things to do than hunt down average players. My friends have taken it upon themselves to attack you anyways; I haven’t sent a single soul to attack you (not that I don’t appreciate what they do). You aren’t blocking my income whatsoever; I made 12k yesterday doing personal business, and I get 2-4 people each day asking about getting a shop plot. Your measly efforts are doing nothing to hinder me in making money, or hindering me in doing anything for that matter. You are a simple harasser that this server has no use of.

This is not a break of any rules regarding harassment, especially since I haven’t seen any evidence of confirmed, and REPEATED kills.

However, this is an egregious violation of another rule, as stated on:

@Athenmos12 Thanks for your reply, but if witnesses are of any value, there is ample evidence of HardTimez harassing. If truly necessary, I’ll write you a book of all I can remember of the people that have witnessed HardTimez doing his business in the past day or two. Plenty of them would testify. However, since it isn’t necessary, we’ll continue to let the staff be the deciding party on this matter.
