Each town/shop member of the Guild will follow and enforce the following rules and decisions of the Guild.

List of rules and decisions:
– The common Kill on Sight list must be displayed by the Guild members.
– Any appeal decision must be followed by all the Guild members for at least a 1 month delay (except in case of new crime).
