Two people have created a claim extraordinarily close to my city just because they wanted to annoy me. They dont build anything, and they keep nerd poling everywhere so my city looks ugly. They are abusing the claim system and the sole purpose of this claim is to annoy me and get in my way so I cant build anything.. its extremely annoying, and I would really enjoy it being removed. Every time I try to talk to them about it they laugh at me, tell me to F*** off, then leave. Extremely. Annoying. >.< I just want the claim deleted. Coords:  61,65, -3695
