Oh really? Why don’t you get your screenshots/videos out and prove that. The only time I was involved in a siege with you was when you sieged me in my shop.

This griefing was caused during the siege. Keto not khaiethan lost the connection died and caused the sieging to end. MCShovel said it himself and this may not be exact “You can use clusterbombs or shoot cannons at the base and if they don’t come outside that’s there own chickeny fault” Another thing Lawzoneon was helping you fixing the explosion not cause it. Nor Astro or turkey were involved with the griefing. Also one last thing before I end this post I came back to see whats going on with you there and I didn’t kill you just merely looked at you and walked away and now my /back is gone.

In your own words, I believe there is no need for the above report, Dagersh having clearly dealt with this in game, as he, a moderator, sees fit. Its nice to see we’re in agreement, for once.

@crazyPirate, while I would happily agree with you if that was the case as I came into ts Shay gave me misinformation about the situation. I’m upset with how these types of situations turned out but the blatant lying in saying that this griefing occurred during a siege is evident by the screenshots souldin posted. When I came into ts all I talked about was how older players should know better about griefing land over being upset. Everyone in ts agreed with me, it was only after Shay told me that an admin told him that you were allowed to bombard land in a siege, that I agreed to them being in the right, even if it was undesirable. If a staff member with higher ranking made that ruling than it goes but as evidence shows that is not what occurred. This is only added to the fact that other members during the raid, agreed that it was griefing and went to repair it, along with other people trying to deflect guilt from themselves and hide the fact that they were apart of it. I know you want to be vindictive but I personally feel betrayed as staff as all these details were hidden from me when I made my initial decision.

1. It was me who sieged and lost connection, not Khaiethan.

2. Astrobolt was NOT part of this siege with briefing, you DID siege him at ae0’s port trading center.

3. Learn to spell “Shay” correctly :P.

@souldin I do not deny cursing in main chat and I do apologize to everyone that saw what I wrote.

Now this is not an excuse for my actions, but maybe you should have looked at the situation first. You were sieging an afk player (me) in my own shop. Even though this is not illegal, it is stupid to do when everyone else obeys the player enforced no-pvp rule. I would say your actions, while not punishable, were bad as well.

And one other thing souldin, don’t act so defensive about the cursing, when I get back to my laptop on Friday  (vacation rn) I’ll be sure to find plenty of screenshots of you triggering the swear filter. What goes around comes around.
