Unban Appeal
Hello there,
My friend dragonvan6267 asked me to write this appeal for him. Feel free to verify this post by him. (He has some school to work on.)
So to give some context to what happened, a friend of dragonvan6267 and me asked us to come mine some diamond ore he had found, and to bring with us our pickaxe that had fortune on it so we could get bonus diamonds. He led us to three different veins he had found. After mining them all, he left, saying we could keep them, as thanks for us upgrading his base earlier. (That’s what he said, anyway.) So we went home, and then The_Network told us not to log off. My friend thought he said to relog, and left, coming back about 2-3 seconds later. He then got banned for X-ray. What. So then this ‘The_Network’ dude made me send him a bunch of screenshots of my .minecraft folder. He said I was ‘in the clear’ but my friend would have a day ban. Now here’s the thing.
I tried to explain to him that this wasn’t our mine, and it was our friends, and therefore his claim that we were hacking had no basis. He then told me that I was arguing with staff. So I knew to come here, so that I could show my side of the story. Again, the main point is that it wasn’t even our mine, so WHY did vanget banned for X-ray, and me yelled at? That’s ridiculous!
TL;DR:
My friend and I got threatened with bans and yelled at, and my buddy got a temp day ban. The mine we had just been in, (and the one I assume was the one that we got banned for being in?) which belonged to our friend, was not mined by us. It was mined by our friend. So why was van banned and myself threatened for X-raying when we hadn’t even made the tunnel?
