The Thirteen Colonies, BE, and Xenon empire as well as allies attacked RS, who fired the first shots. The allied powers were setting up siege lines preparing to siege the Verrusian capital. It was RS and a band of militants and mercenaries who tped in next to the fortifications and attempted to ambush those building the fortifications. They where then immediately dealt with by the allied. Might want to do some reporting based of multiple sources and corroboration of evidence to get a nonbiased statement in heat actually occurred.
