Fleet Cloning?

Would it be possible to put in a donator or in game purchase option to ‘clone’ any working ship for a fee?

Like for the ability to replicate ships to make a fleet; but it would cost a fair amount of money per ship like 1k, or 10$ so you would still have to put alot of effort into making that money.

Potentially also trading the exact amount of resources the thing takes to build?

I think alot of people only have one ship, or they only have one of any given type; but for instance a nation might want like 20 ships exactly the same. Or for instance it might take months to build a cruise ship, but the cruise-line needs more than one ship.

There’s lots of applications; but I’m not sure if it’s possible to like copy and paste builds like that, not really sure what the limitations are so @GodsDead please look this over and let us know if it’s even a possibility?

World edit allows the creating and copying of schematics, but has to be done manually. There might be a way, which I think is used at /warp ships. It spawns them in at a cost.

Im looking for people to build me ships for the cove for people to buy, its a very labourious setup process per ship though, so the ship needs to be absolutly fantastic.
That is why I have all those plots in teh cove, for building small schooners etc, ready for people to build in them.
