Lego was banned for Glitching though doors, Harassing new players and bullying existing players, These are not traits I want on PirateCraft.

Secondly, Making a public vote on whether a player should be unbanned for breaking rules that affected the lives of others on the server is a tough call. This may work for one player but I do not want a problem with issue with public “vote if xyz should be unbanned”. This will not happen, I will explain why.

Sometimes we do not make public the whole reason a player is banned, we have existing players banned for extremely vulgar things which would tarnish them and most likely cause a witch hunt, for example:

I see 4 people have voted on @elexandre1994 disgusting post on this thread, this child does not understand the insane amount of communication we talk about over every ban/punishment. “This lack of communication about the rules between the admins is quite a problem” is infuriatingly wrong, we have a Live group chat we talk in all day every day for staff, this is the most possible amount of communication from any minecraft server ever, elexandre1994 is not only wrong, but he/she is being offensive and rude to staff with this comment.
Now 4 people have upvoted this terrible post by elexandre1994, what’s to stop people just believing any old trash posted to “unban a player please vote!“? without knowing what the staff do.
Heres a real life example, we have a player banned for sending inappropriate messages to young (8 years old) players. This was not added to a public punishment tracker and someone like @elexandre1994 might create a thread saying “we should unban XYZ because XYZ” and people might vote this up. There is a reason we have a moderation team that discusses unban requests in our own way.

Im explaining why we cant have public unban posts like this one and im using elexandre1994 as an example of the reason we cant, sorry elexandre1994 you shouldn’t make false accusations about staff all the time, I will take it personally.

Back to _Lego_, Lego has those bad things he’s done, Harassing new players and bullying old ones, and glitching through doors, I think the time hes had off the server is enough punishment for him to change and be put on a probation playing time, any incidents in this time will result back with a ban.

So I will unban @Lego _Lego_ on a probational period, but take note of my post above, as this is dangerous territory!

@Godsdead – I’m confused as to why you didn’t bother to quote the first part of my post? That part was quite important in showing that I wasn’t being rude or a liar. The comment wasn’t “disgusting” or a lie and I have asked admins about different rules and I’ve been given difference answers. It took me forever to figure out if gold farms in the Nether were allowed, and finally I was able to get one because the admins didn’t seem to know the answer. I asked about why nether portal raiding wasn’t allowed, and some didn’t even know what that was while others said they didn’t know why it was banned. I’ve even been told that one of the admins think shooting wooden buttons or throwing items on wooden pressure plates isn’t allowed while others have told me it’s totally fine because it’s the victim’s fault for using them. These are examples of bad communication that I HAVE seen. Also, what’s up with this “child” thing? I’m 21. 2016-1994=22 but I’m born in December.
