Once you have left Port Royal permanently, your house is made available to others, as are the items you have left behind. Your estate, and any of your other assets, such as stalls, stables, or ships, are auctioned off or given to other Port Royal residents. Anything that you have chosen to leave behind therefore become property of the Government Of Port Royal.
