Ok, I am thinking about possibly the more you donate, the more you get off. So say if Rep donates for captain, instead of having it %20 (Cost is $20) make it half of that amount so people dont get everything free. Rep currently has a sale of %10 percent off. She chooses to donate for captain, instead of adding %10 off again, you do half off the percentage there is and add it on. So Rep gets a total of %15 percent off. Say if Rep donates for 1,000 claimblocks, she would get %3 added to her percentage. Lets say the highest you can get with percentages is %70. It could reset every month if you worry about people getting 70 quickly. So, lemme just clear it up a bit

Ani donates for captain. %10 off. He donates for 1000 claim blocks, (half off of the price) so %3 is added. Say if ani donated for 5000 Claim Blocks. He gets 12.50 percent off. He donates for 5000 Claimblocks again! Instead of getting 12.50percent off, he gets 6.50 percent added. So, it confused me a bit too.

It goes down the percentage if its the same item (%10, %5, %2.50) If its a new item, you make it half of the price of the new item.
