Tobi, very sorry, this is not something that we as a server condone, and can only apologise on behalf of the immature actions from that player, i will look into the appropriate action, and hopw you dont recieve any more grief from idiots.

Can’t you change your minecraft-name now?
I would just guess that someone did this and changed his name…

Yesterday (or the day before) a player who joined for the first time told me a hacker had joined his server.
This hacker claimed to be part of the PirateCraft staff and told the players of the other server to join PirateCraft.

I am guessing someone is trying to make this server look as negative as possible. Perhaps this ‘hacker’ is someone who recently got banned or it is the same creeper-something person?

I’m pretty sure I was there when he got banned, he used  /me to spam the  server he played on and after a while he threatened to DDos piratecraft.

as ive always said, with a slight hacking background. any idiot that logs on and threatens ddos attack is very unlikely to follow up on there threat.

ddos attacks are considered a form of cyber terrorisum with huge punishments world wide, even hear in some parts you can still get the electric chair for it.

and since they logged in to make the threat any real hacker would know that a thumb print is left behind as soon as they access any form of server. there for its risky to even launch a ddos attack, never mind threatening one then launching one.

to make matters worse, since there the fools making the threats, if any form of ddos attack happens, there instantly going to be made suspect one….. trust me on this, wouldnt be the first time ive had the law banging on my door cause they managed to trace me.
