Wow you helped 4 possibly 5 people after taxing well over 6k from them, and openly saying that you steal deckhands starter cash. I believe Lego warned you about it, and you guys have been called out for it numerous times in chat over the past month or so by the community and some helpers. You may not have set out to create a crew to directly steal deckhands cash, but you were definitely opportunistic about doing so and didn’t attempt to hide it. I don’t care if money was or wasn’t removed, fact is that money was now in your possession. We have warned crews time and time again about not abusing the tax system or to exploit new players – whether that be asking them to do special kits and killing them, harassing them, or exploiting them.

No point paying the deckhands back, they pretty much all quit and got auto-kicked from your crew. A crew that actually engages with their members looks very different – look at VER, ROME, BE, RoP – some of them tax but their members list isn’t filled with 30 odd inactive deckhands who’s rank is literally ‘inactive taxpayer’. Too little too late.

And no, there isn’t a direct rule for it, comes under don’t be a cunt. I have evidence of other crews doing this, but COPT was among the worst – a crew setup on false principles. Make a new crew, start fresh, COPT 2.0, its not hard – you seem to be good at recruiting, and don’t exploit new players. Good luck!
