The BE city of Canada isn’t even in the Snowy Biome. It’s in the next biome over.

We neither own nor control the Snowy Biome, however due to it’s proximity to the city and it’s rareness, we are very protective of it. We are no less protective of any of the other surrounding biomes.

Canada is a huge city that is a permanent home to many players. It takes lots of resources to maintain such a large community, so we can not afford to allow the surrounding biomes to become depleted by careless players. We are careful to preserve the surrounding environment. Town members follow a number of strict regulations. We don’t even allow other BE members to obtain resources from the surrounding area unless the resources are renewable and the players agree to replant/re-breed.

As such, we take action against anyone who threatens our community, whether militarily or economically. If outside players come in and destroy our environment, then all of the sacrifices we make for a sustainable existence are for nothing.

That said, if you would like to utilize any of the areas surrounding our cities and you agree not to leave any trace that you were there, we have absolutely no problem with that!

Just get in touch with one of Canadian government members (Michty, Silverstone47, CaptainCrackerz, and me), and let us know you will be in the area and will exercise the utmost respect toward our environment.

Lets get some leads and snowmen and make some more Snowy Biomes elsewhere on the server!

What @Eph said pretty much sums it up. We don’t claim half of the map, but the moment you make us feel threatened in any way, expect us to take action.

(“Threatened” refers to destroyed wilderness, political bonds with hostile parties, creation of other major communities that might cause two mentioned above in the future, etc.)

….ok…i left a spot of no snow in the snowbiome i hope that is not a problem but as i took my tent from there there was just….no snow anymore :O

Ok since i now know why there is this big deal about the areas i kinda understand you.
i assure you, when i camp i don’t use any ressources but those i brought with me so i won’t destroy or even harvest any ressources…besides fish sometimes.

Well then i will be camping on until my bread is all eaten up ^^

Well if Canada is going to be protected.

Why not make it a National Park?
