Time the Claim owner has been offline: 1 month, 9 days, 4 hours
Claim Size: <size> 80 (8 x 10)
Reason: The claim is literally in the middle of our capital. I have not seen him, and while I know it’s below normal claim removal time, I cannot claim this town without having this claim removed, leaving me with no choice but to ask staff for it to be removed.

Peace for all! Why do we descend into the chaos of our lives when we could live in harmony, without bloodshed, violence, or death? I will protect and defend my crew, my family, and let them enjoy as much peace as my life can offer.
