Time the Claim owner has been offline: Offline 6 months 3 days
Claim Size: First Claim: 38×49, Second Claim: 14×15
Reason: Most of the base is empty and unclaimed, it seems abandoned, and I need to expand into this area for my own build 🙂

Note: The Second Claim I mentioned contains a zombie spawner… I’m happy if this one doesn’t get unclaimed, I’m not after a spawner but rather getting the land back
