Reason: I have three reasons for this claim removal:

1 – I am currently trying to expand on a new base, and unfortunately this base is directly in the middle of where I am planning on building.

2 – This claim is a very old claim, and the owner is likely never coming back. Furthermore, there is nothing of interest in the claim (ie: there is nothing in the chests, having been raided a long time ago, the building is a small cobble hut, there is nothing of value or worth to my knowledge), and I simply need the land, not the resources. If moderators wanted to remove the building and anything else in the claim, that would be perfectly fine.

3 – I chose this site to build over other sites because this site had the least amount of interest. The other sites (3 of), there were either claims with something of value or that person had been on recently (within the past 4 months). I hope you will grant me this request because I chose the one with the least for me to gain from it.
