Reason: The base in question (pictures below) was built by Chasedillon literally years ago. We’ve been trying to get it removed (and regened) since he unclaimed it and stopped living there, but since then people keep claiming little pieces of it and not doing anything. We were told it couldnt be regened since it was a significant structure, so we made it less significant with the help of Keto’s tnt. Lord_Vanther made the most recent claim, but again, has done nothing with it and we really just want it gone so we can build there
