I had to leave without staying till the end or looking through my head. I remember my inventory being full and having a frosty sword.

So can anyone tell and explain to me any drops with special abilities or any value? For example the Herobrine sword does +2 HP +10% speed to the holder, would the frost sword deal slowness to the enemy (freeze?).

And like what happens when you eat the cake etc etc

just role me the special abilities and explain the items please. And tell me what the most valuable drops were.
