[changelog] Maintenece Update, 1.11.2 support, plugin updates, lag fix?

Small Maintenance Update, a few days ago I updated to our protocol hack to allow 1.11.2 clients to connect to out 1.10 server, I forgot to update the main bungee server with this, and I hope and think this was the cause of lag the last 2 days that spiked up, I thought while I had to update it all, I would do some needed maintenance.
- updated protocol hack to accept 1.11.2 clients (were still on 1.10)
- updated OS
- updated bungeecord proxy
- updated worldguard
- updated worldedit
- updated all essentials plugins
- This changed how /pay works, you now have to confirm a /pay
- Added /paytoggle to disable all payments (to stop silly 0.01 payments) /payoff and /payon also work.
- removed voxelsniper (it was just for my use)
- Added redstone clock detector, the staff are going to start tidying up old forgotten redstone clocks.
I pray to the bastard who designed windows phones, and to Gods that are dead, make this website mobile compatible. Honestly though, who’s going to put /pay off? If I’m going to get a better phone, imma need every penny I can get
Thats actually on my list Crazy, whole new reskin for the website, just one thing at a time though man. This isnt very mobile compatible atm, it will be later on.
