Added the first set of items to the survival /rewards Affordable custom named items.

You earn nuggets by playing /events server, you can spend those nuggets for items on the survival to keep/use/sell.

More items will be added later (Its late here and I’m tired)

There is still a major bug with the alpha mini-game on the events server that resets nuggets to 0, strangely I logged onto the survival and I had 0 nuggets, but when I visited the events and then came back to survival I had my 63 or whatever I had, even though both run off the same database! If you experience them being reset after playing a game then reply to this thread with the time/date in GMT so i can look at the debug messages.
