Can't steal ships anymore?

So today i tried stealing a ship by taking 1 ship and ramming it into the other ship and stealing it right out of the claim but today was different it would not let me steal the ship the error i was receiving was that the ship did not have enough blocks. At first i thought okay just gonna add more but upon adding almost 2 stacks of wood and being connected to a decent size ship i was unable to steal it. Resulting in a very sad pirate I then returned to my base and drunk myself to passing out. Have there been any changes that have made this system of stealing ships unusable?

Nope, No changes in this re-guard, When it says not enough of “THIS BLOCK” it means you don’t have a certain percent of a certain block, which would most likely be wool, so if you made the ship bigger, it will need a bigger percent of sails to move, sounds like human error to me 🙂
