Hello fellow players !
I’ve come up with an idea a few hours ago of how great it would be to swap between your personnal skin and another skin with the “jacket” system, introduced back in 1.8.
As I really wanted to join the British Empire, I made up a skin that is capable of toggling between British Empire’s Red Coat, and my own skin.
So here’s my version of the coat, i suggest using SkinCraft to edit it for yourself.
Plus, you can find screenshots of how my skin can be toggled in game
I think this would be a great asset for crews uniforms, like BE’s red coat.
I am also planning to make a Assassin’s Creed Unity version of this coat, aswell as a toggleable Ghillie Suit (cod4 fans will remember), and more coming on demand.

Keep you'r friends rich
and you'r enemies rich
and wait to find out which is which.February 19, 2018 at 9:22 pm #56508Nice use of the outer skin thing

February 20, 2018 at 11:24 am #56516I haven’t updated the skins page since like minecraft 1.5.2, Hell I just noticed clicking them no longer works and just loads the image into a lightbox! haha
I need someone to source a ton of skins, we could separate them into categories Pirate/Spanish/British and update that skin page for Click to set if someone wants to take on the job, I would be happy to list all BE skins on it.
February 20, 2018 at 8:19 pm #56517I tried something similar to this before, however, it didn’t exactly do it for me. Might of been because I did it in some strange armour I made for the Iborians, but it looked quite bad if I do say so myself ‘:), but I would definitely look into this myself. I wouldn’t mind if someone just uploaded a bunch onto the internet, for people to use as an ‘outer’ stencil. I personally want a poncho sort of thing, not too sure how I’d do it off the top of my head, just I think Mesa desert and all it would look good.
