Hello! I am here today wanting to sell my refurbished town at a very minimal price as I am in the process of moving bases. Below I will post screenshots with all amenities along with any extra information any possible buyers would want to know. If anyone is interested in the base MAIL me on the website or the server but DO NOT pm spam me.

First are just some general skyline pictures, the base is around 30k claim blocks with a full wall with battlements. The defenses surrounding the base also include an almost completely source block lava moat.

Inside the walls, there are numerous houses that can be used for shops, player homes or whatever else you wanna make out of it

The base also comes with a three-wide Redstone retractable bridge as well as a gate. Also, this base comes with numerous named donkeys as well as a multipurpose building

In the walls, there is also an inner harbor with prebuilt ships along with a tower to overwatch them. The gate leading outside of the harbor is sadly non-functional but everything is in place for a Redstone guru to make it work, including an underground Redstone room

The Base also encompasses a Mooshroom farm as well as an underground brewing room with everything already installed for making yer malts and liquor.

Underneath the central keep(which is empty on the inside) there is a vault with numerous storage spaces and cake!

For the village breeders out there not only does the base come with a villager converter, with an included railroad track, potion maker, and conversion center. But the base also comes with two amazing villagers, 15 for thorns 3 and 11 for unbreaking 3 respectively.

Well, those are all the features in the base. I would ask for a price around 7-10k(negotiable) with the prerequisite that the base must be claimed in its entirety.

That is a fantastic base and an awesome price, …… things that make ya go hmmmmm…… but alas, the pocketbook is a little light. You should enter it in the build of the month though.
