Geneva Convention

So, yesterday I was invited to the Geneva Convention which was to be held yesterday but   was then rescheduled for friday http://piratemc.com/topic/re-schedual-for-tyhe-server-geneva-convention/. This convention is supposed to bring together world leaders in an attempt to show that they can be civilized while meeting in a pvp-zone. The brit of such a meeting is high, but can it’s organizers pull it off even with their ‘strip search’. Without guards to defend the place, if a random pirate is tped in it could all go down very quickly. We will eagerly watch to see the outcome of this ‘civilized meeting’.

The Ban Hammer Strikes Back

Yesterday, without further ado two inconceivably idiotic players were banned for their behavior. Godomasta and Filhodobaby. Godomasta was banned for total disrespect to staff: http://piratemc.com/topic/report-godomasta/ and Filhodobaby was banned for being a racist arse: http://piratemc.com/topic/ban-filhodobaby/. Both fully deserved their punishment, and thanks again to Godsy for taking this scum off the server.

Leader of The Ashikagan Steps Down

Last evening I was alerted to a post by the leader of the Ashikagan Uprising that he was leaving the server for an unknown amount of time: http://piratemc.com/groups/ashikagan-embassy/forum/topic/daimyo-of-the-ashikaga/. This means that he is leaving daimyo’s in charge of his Colrainist crew and will be leaving the fate of the uprising to them. The most interesting part about the post to me though however was the, no National Socialist or Anarchist ideals. I mean really, we’ve all seen the posts put up by the Ashikagan and the ideals put out by the leader of the Ashikagan against democracies such as the BE. How can you honestly say no socialist ideals when that is exactly what the Ashikagan is? The press will continue to follow the outcome of the empty leadership position left by ultracreeper in his crew.
