I was recently banned for ‘Griefing when protection was down’, but when I joined the server, there was never grief protection because I joined after it went down, meaning I had no idea about it even being implemented. Also at spawn, it tells you to read the rules in /rules and I didn’t see no griefing there, so how were me and my friends ment to realise that we couldn’t do it? No-one told us. No-one did anything but try and defend the places, so I had no way of knowing. Not even an admin was online. I want to get unbanned because me and my friends didn’t know and there was no way of knowing about no griefing.

I’m sorry dude, but there were plenty of people telling you three to stop griefing or you would face the ban hammer.. all i heard for a reply was “are u jelly, u sound jelly”, so stop playing a dumb fuck. You know you did bad, yet you continued, thus getting ban.

I’m not an admin so i don’t in force the rules, but it is clear to me and others i’m sure, that you guys were told to stop, yet you did not.

and so there is no hold in this appeal whatsoever…

But the thing is, I thought it was because you were trying to defend it as in the rules there isn’t no griefing and as I already said I didn’t know about claims.

You joined the 30th July, The recent server rollback I had to process was from the 31st July, DUE to griefing.

Well I probably never tried to break a block. May sound stupid… Look at my total block break count. And even like 2 days ago I was basically trying to get it up placing blocks and then breaking them.

None of that was in /rules and that is what it tells you to read at spawn therefore I should be un banned…

Really? Read the rules thoughly. Do /rules and /rules 2. You are told when you join to read them. One of them is whatever iamthereaper or godsdead says, goes. So straigh away, you’d broken one. Then there is the rule about no gaming stats. You’ve broken. Then there’s you pointlessly arguing against the fact you griefed the server when claims where down. So, I suggest a new rule along the lines of “if the sever is suffering from technical difficultys, then inform staff and do not grief” or to that effect.

Making your case against this is pointless the owner and admin have spoke what they say goes. Don’t waste their time or your time Accept The Fact you were banned and move on

Honestly, the people defending these places (i.e. – me. :/ ) Had explained, and even warned you that these places were off limits to anyone… I know, because you responded to the /msg I sent to every new player that was on when I joined that explained the situation. So therefore, you obviously new what you were doing. Second of all, one of the rules is that you are not allowed to abuse any glitches, and if we see the Grief protection plugin beign down as a “glitch”, then he and his friends were abusing this glitch, and taking advantage of it to grief hands off places, while perfectly aware of your actions. Therefore, there is no way to respond to this, either you knew what you were doing and are now “playing dumb” or someone else has been on all three of your accounts, on the same time, at the same place, (BTW: Your still responsible for any activity on your account)

i am zeltrax1013 i was a dedicated crew mate until i got banned for glitching and people thought i was xraying even if i was or wasnt (which i wasnt xraying) i have been banned for almost 3 months for something i didnt do i was just wondering i know i am not admin i dont make the decisons i was wondering when i am gonna get unbanned its been 3 months and i really liked this server i have been praying all day everynight when i am gonna get unbanned please i was just wondering when am i gonna get unbanned and i was wondering am i temp banned or perm banned i was just wondering anyhow i hope you guys have a greatday and may think about unbanning me have a blessed day and i hope you guys thrive well on this server bye!
