Well, I guess it’s time that I addressed this.

Many people have accused me of hacking, glitching, harassment, etc., but I have, for  the most part, ignored it. All of the allegations against me have been void of evidence, good arguments, or even proper grammar, so I did not have to address them until now:

I do not care about the time, I care about the principle behind the bans and warning. I have contacted both markusi13 and godsdead to ask for some justification and evidence behind the bans and warning. That is not an unreasonable request, in my opinion.

My most recent ban (which is permanent) is simply a result of godsdead appealing to the masses (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argumentum_ad_populum). He did not care for my innocence.

That was not rude, godsdead. Your response is an example of rude, which is also a breakage of rule 1. I did not break rule 2. You gave me an answer to something I didn’t ask for. Yes, you didn’t ban me, but for some reason markusi13 told me to contact you (like I said in the first pm).

I will admit I sometimes tow the line of the rules, but so does every single person on this server. Following the rules is something I make a conscious effort to do.

It is ironic that I have probably endured more verbal and game-play harassment than anyone on this server. Why? For PvPing. And I’m fine with that, but when I’m the one that is getting banned, there is something obviously wrong.

On my old server I had similar problems, so I recorded all my game-play just in case someone wrongly accused me of something. Sadly, my current laptop is not fast enough to record.

But regardless, the burden of evidence lies with the claimant. @godsdead and @markusi13 have failed to provide any reasoning or evidence for my bans. Why? They are corrupt.

This thread will probably be swept under the carpet by some mod, but it only further justifies my innocence.

I do not expect to be unbanned from the same corrupt fools who have banned me in the first place, so:

Adios, mo fers!
